We try, wherever possible, to source our products according to the principle of LOAF. That is to say, we buy primarily from Local businesses, then we search for Organic products, then we check that it's Animal friendly and finally we look for Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance Certified.

Our cakes have been carefully chosen and are routinely taste-tested (ahem) for quality control purposes. Although we may add a little seasonal variety, you can always depend on:
